MENTOR, OH ― December 2017 ― Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, has appointed Mr. Vincent Mihalek to the position of Purchasing Manager, effective November 2017.

Mr. Mihalek holds his Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and has experience in management and supervisory positions since 2013.
