Wolnik completed the Machine Maintenance Foundation (Micron Class), which is comprised of five modules that can be taught together or individually.
The modules combine to provide the technician with the following skills:
- Understand basic programming to help differentiate between machine and process faults
- Recover from machine electrical and software faults
- Perform machine critical settings and associated calibrations
- Perform preventive maintenance routines
- Test machine accuracy and return to factory standard
